PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The program aims to develop industry-ready professionals capable of understanding and supporting airline Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) functions. It provides knowledge of airline operations, coordination between departments, disruption management, and real-time decision-making.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Upon completion, students will be able to:
- Understand the structure and functioning of airline operations
- Interpret operational data such as flight plans, weather, and NOTAMs (awareness level)
- Support real-time airline operational control activities
- Coordinate with crew, dispatch, engineering, and airport operations
- Participate in disruption and irregular operations handling
- Demonstrate professional communication in an operational environment
- Apply decision-making skills in simulated airline scenarios
